Accumulate savings for your future and retirement years by contributing 1% to 15% of your pay on a pretax basis. Penske will make these contributions on your behalf:

• Company match — 50% of the first 6% you contribute, plus
• Company retirement — 4% of your pay, plus
• Company profit sharing — up to 5% of your pay
